  • Keep them in an appropriate environment, avoiding direct sunlight, excessive dryness, high humidity, and sudden temperature changes.

  • Watering frequency varies depending on the season, environment, and plant type. Overwatering can cause root rot.

  • Scratches, spots, and minor blemishes on leaves occur naturally during the growing process and are not considered defects.
