Shipping policy

■ Shipping Timing

The shipping timing shall be as stated on each product page. Delays may occur relative to the stated shipping timing due to manufacturing processes, procurement status, logistics congestion, weather, disasters, customs clearance procedures, courier convenience, or other reasons beyond our control. Our shop assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by these reasons. We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to delays.

 

■ Shipping Method

Products will be shipped by a courier designated by our shop. You cannot specify the shipping method or courier.

 

■ Accidents, Loss, or Damage During Shipping

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer at the time the product is handed over to the courier. Our shop assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss, or damage during shipping. If a compensation system by the courier applies, please contact the courier yourself.

 

■ Regarding Address Discrepancies, Long-Term Absence, or Refusal of Receipt 

Products will be returned to our shop in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Name on the nameplate does not match

  • Long-term absence

  • Refusal of receipt

  • Expiration of the courier's storage period

In the event of a return, all shipping fees and handling charges required for re-shipping shall be borne by the customer. In addition, we cannot accept refunds due to refusal of receipt or long-term absence.

 

■ International Shipping (If Applicable)

If you use international shipping, please understand the following:

  • Significant delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees shall be borne by the customer.

  • Tracking of shipping status may be restricted in some regions.

  • Our shop assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during shipping.

 

■ Inquiries Regarding Shipping

For the shipping status after shipment, please use the courier's tracking service. Our shop cannot provide detailed guidance regarding the shipping status managed by the courier (delays, loss, storage, redelivery, etc.).

 

■ Regarding Refunds and Cancellations

We do not accept any refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays, shipping accidents, loss, refusal of receipt, or long-term absence. Only in the case of defective products will we respond in accordance with our return regulations.
