PUR POTTERY (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our shop") establishes the following regulations regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
By completing your order, you are deemed to have agreed to these regulations.
■ Regarding Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations due to Customer Preference
Our shop does not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference. The following all fall under "customer preference" and cannot be accommodated:

Mistakes in order details

Dissatisfaction with color, texture, or individual differences

Deterioration caused by the customer's storage environment

Other reasons not attributable to our shop
In addition, cancellations after the order is confirmed cannot be accepted for any reason whatsoever.
■ Response in Case of Defective or Incorrect Products
We accept returns or exchanges only when reasons attributable to our shop (initial defects, incorrect products, etc.) are acknowledged.
However, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused.

The product must be returnable in the same condition as when delivered, including accessories and packaging materials.

An application must be made to our designated contact address within 7 days from the date of product receipt.

The application must be made with images attached that allow confirmation of the defective part.

Returns and exchanges will be permitted only after our shop confirms the defect or discrepancy.

■ Regarding Return Procedures
If you wish to make a return, please contact us first via the [Inquiry Form]. At that time, please be sure to include your order number and ensure there are no errors in the email address you entered. The return address will be provided individually after confirmation.
*Please note that products returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
■ Regarding Return Shipping Fees
Except in the case of defective products, return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. Similarly, return shipping fees for returns from overseas shall be borne by the customer.
■ Non-returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

The following cases are exempt from returns and exchanges:

■ 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the EU
For orders shipped within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt of the product, for any reason. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
■ Regarding Refunds
After receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you cannot confirm your refund even after 16 business days or more have passed since the refund approval, please contact us again via the [Inquiry Form].
